Computer Lab Updates and Upgrades

I'm very excited to get the school year started in the computer lab.  These pictures were taken in mid-August when I first arrived back from summer break.

We added brand new Macs to the Lower School Computer Lab.
Notice the boxes on the floor? We are upgrading the SmartBoard to a J-Touch Interactive Board.  

Inside these boxes are new robots which will be used at several grade levels.
Coding, problem solving, teamwork,  OH MY!

'Twas the Night Before School Starts...

'Twas the night before school starts, and all through the halls

Not a creature was stirring, except Miss T. decorating her walls.

Her classroom was ready, the tables were neat

Just waiting for artists to fill up the seats.

The brushes and paints were lined up on the shelves,

With hope that the children would clean up after themselves.

With scissors and paper and glitter and glue,

The budding artists will have plenty to do!

Using iPads for research and the Osmos to draw,

The students will look at their artwork with awe.

Miss T. is excited, she can hardly wait

For the children to arrive and start to create.
